Want to get your hands dirty and learn a thousand-year-old preservation technique in practice?

You can participate in all stages of the sauerkraut making: from harvesting the cabbages to jamming the chopped and spiced cabbage into jars. We prepare sauerkraut the old-fashioned way, by hand, as a community event, just as it was done in the past here in Luxembourg.
At the end of the season, starting in early November, the sauerkraut will be distributed to TERRA members. So the more people come to help prepare it, the more sauerkraut there will be for our members!
