Refund and Returns Policy

As a member

I have a right to:

  • Receive a share of TERRA’s harvest for the current season
  • Participate in TERRA garden events and activities

I understand that:

  • Harvests are subject to seasonal variations and natural hazards
  • Producers  do their best to ensure abundant harvests of excellent quality
  • The exact start and end of the season varies according to conditions (approximately late April to early December)

I undertake to:

  • Be a member for the entire duration of my membership, even if I pay in instalments
  • Pay the membership fee duly and on time

Specific cases:

  • Forgotten basket:
    A basket that has been forgotten will not be replaced or reimbursed. The vegetables have been picked for the member and have been waiting for him/her at the pick-up. TERRA has no food waste: we donate the forgotten vegetables.
  • Late arrival:
    – If members know in advance that they will be late, they may leave a written note on their member dashboard for the TERRA team. There is the option of collecting the basket from the fridge in the barn after the pick-up. 
    -If a member is late the same day, he/she must advise the TERRA team by telephone (671047359). There is the option of collecting the basket from the barn fridge after the pick-up. This is a solution for special cases.
