Contact forms

When members and cooperators submit signup forms we receive the data shown in the form. We use these data only to manage the cooperative and the CSA of TERRA.

When visitors submit the contact form, we receive the data shown in the message.

We use these data only for fulflling your request.

Where we send your data

Our hosting provider online.net operates in France and respects EU law. As a cooperator and member, your e-mail address is shared with our newsletter service provider MailChimp, which operates in the United States. They work in compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Our main email provider is Gmail, only your email address is shared with them and as a service of Google it is committed to complying with EU law.
