The heat doesn’t end, yet we manage to harvest some veggies for you. Enjoy the taste of summer :-)

  • Cucumber. Have you tried pickling them?
  • Red cabbage, delicious raw as well. Try it with a good vinaigrette, some feta…
  • Spring onions
  • Zuchhini
  • Aubergine. We have 5 varieties: dark purple, clear purple, chinese long, Louisiana green and greek striped.
  • Chard, can also be lacto fermented
  • This week’s herbs: cilantro, shiso, parsley…
